Mediterranean calamari

Ingredients
- 800g calamari, cut into rings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 sprigs parsley, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried chili flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a bowl, drizzle the calamari rings with olive oil and mix. Then, cook them for 3-4 minutes on the griddle over high heat, stirring regularly.
- Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with parsley, chili flakes, garlic, and orange zest. Mix quickly.
- Serve immediately, drizzled with a dash of balsamic vinegar.
Tip
During cooking, you can drizzle the calamari with a dash of fresh orange juice.
