Mediterranean calamari

Ingredients

  • 800g calamari, cut into rings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 sprigs parsley, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried chili flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

 

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, drizzle the calamari rings with olive oil and mix. Then, cook them for 3-4 minutes on the griddle over high heat, stirring regularly.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with parsley, chili flakes, garlic, and orange zest. Mix quickly.
  3. Serve immediately, drizzled with a dash of balsamic vinegar.

 

Tip

During cooking, you can drizzle the calamari with a dash of fresh orange juice.
