Parsley cuttlefish

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 800 g white cuttlefish or small cuttlefish
  • salt and pepper

 

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the oil, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Add the cuttlefish, coat well and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the griddle over a high heat, then cook the cuttlefish, turning halfway through cooking, and serve.
