Parsley cuttlefish

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 800 g white cuttlefish or small cuttlefish
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the oil, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Add the cuttlefish, coat well and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the griddle over a high heat, then cook the cuttlefish, turning halfway through cooking, and serve.
