Grilled Pineapple with Coconut Cream

Ingredients
- 8 slices of fresh pineapple
- 8 tbsp granulated sugar
- 5 cl rum
- 10g melted coconut oil
- 10 cl coconut cream
- 2 sprigs Thai basil
Instructions
- Preheat the plancha to high heat.
- Brush the pineapple slices with coconut oil and grill on both sides until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with half the sugar.
- Heat the rum in a small saucepan and flambé the pineapple.
- Serve the pineapple drizzled with coconut cream and topped with Thai basil.
