Lamb skewers with lemon and bay leaf

Serves : 4
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 4 to 6 minutes
Ingredients
- 500 g lamb shoulder, cut into cubes
- 8 large bay leaves, halved
- 4 lemon slices, quartered
- 1 tbsp. capers
- salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Thread bay leaves, diced lamb and lemon pieces alternately onto a skewer.
2. Cook the kebabs on the plancha for 2 to 3 minutes on each side over a high heat.
3. Season with salt and pepper and serve with a slice of lemon and capers to taste.
Tip
Semolina or bulgur are the perfect accompaniment to these kebabs.
