Powder-coated galvanized steel resists corrosion and UV as opposed to epoxy, which will change colour over time. With its high-quality enamelled cast iron plate guaranteed life, the heat distribution is uniform, allowing accurate and consistent cooking. High edges ensure easy maintenance and clean cooking. Its large cooking area makes it possible to prepare dishes for a large number of guests.
Eco-designed, it saves 20% energy thanks to the double wall of the plate and chassis. The heat is thus contained without loss and the flame resistance to the wind is excellent. Its rapid heating offers an exceptional culinary experience, for searing meats, vegetables, fish... Its adjustable thermostat 7 positions allows precise temperature control from 300 to 680°F.
The Enosign gas collection is available in 2 sizes in stainless steel or navy blue steel. It is installed on the cart of its choice or exists in integrated plancha cart combo.
