With its high-quality enameled cast iron plate with a guaranteed lifetime, heat distribution is uniform, allowing for precise and consistent cooking. The high edges ensure easy maintenance and clean cooking. Its large cooking surface allows you to prepare dishes for a large number of guests.
Eco-designed, it saves 20% energy thanks to the double wall of the plate and frame. This means that heat is retained without loss and the flame is highly resistant to wind. The Enosign gas plancha is available in 2 sizes in stainless steel or navy blue steel. It can be installed on the trolley of your choice or is available as a combo.
